Our children’s classes are for ages 6-10. Classes are held 5:15 - 6 pm Tuesday & Thursday, and Open class for all students ages 6+ on Friday 6:30-7:30 pm.

The goal of our Children’s Program is to develop the following:

• courtesy to others (proper manners)
• self discipline
• respect for others
• self respect
• coordination and strength
• physical fitness
• leadership abilities
• self defense
• setting and achieving goals
• concentration skills
• stranger danger
• when to call 911
• how to deal with bullies
