Fitness Boot Camp
is a
kickboxing style fitness program.
This program is for EVERYONE at ANY fitness level!
Whether you want to tone muscles, build muscles, flatten your stomach, lose weight or lose inches -- this boot camp will get it done! Previous boot camp winners have lost anywhere from 13-18 inches in the 6-week session. Our bootcamp can help you burn up to 1200 calories in just one 90-minute class.
What's the secret?
Our unique combination of exercises will boost results much quicker than typical exercises and workout classes. We use many different physical activities such as Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Kickboing routines, Core exercises, and Resistance Training.
** You do not need any previous martial arts training to participate in this bootcamp.
Boot Camp sessions are 6-weeks long. All registered participants receive kickboxing workout gloves and Pre & Post Fitness Evaluations:
- Weight & Measurements
- Target Heart Rate
- Target Weight Loss
BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE: The person whose percentage of overall loss is the highest out of all the participants in the current session (not just your class) will be the Boot Camp Winner. Winners receive a free boot camp session. (If you want to participate in the Boot Camp Challenge and be eligible to win, you must weigh-in and weigh-out on the assigned day.)
