Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp

Ron Brockman developed this completely unique workout in 2008. He designed Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp for USA Martial Arts & Fitness by combining his knowledge from his Exercise Physiology and Athletic Training degrees, his then 21 years of martial arts experience, and his 11 years of training competitive Taekwondo athletes.

Our Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp is run in 6-week sessions. You can attend the 90 minute class 2, 3, or 5 times each week. It is for females and males ages 14 and up. The class is designed for any fitness level and there is no martial arts experience needed.

This class revolves around the proven results of High Intensity Interval Training. This is how Ron trains his athletes, and this is how he will train that you can get in the best shape of your life! He masterfully blends High Intensity Interval Training with Boxing Drills, Calisthenics, Core Exercises, Kickboxing, Plyometrics, and Resistance/Strength Training. This complete body workout will give you the results you want FAST.

You will get all the attention of personal training at a fraction of the cost in a fun, motivational, group setting. Our workouts are never the same, so you will not get bored. That is why we have clients who have been with us since the origination of the class.

All registered Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp participants will receive a Pre & Post Fitness Evaluation (measurements and weight), so you can know your numbers.
