Now offering a self defense class for both men and women!

In this class we will teach defensive awareness, verbal skills, and physical techniques. This will give you the skills you need in order to be assertive and successfully escape, resist, or survive an attack. It is a practical, fun, and informative class that will benefit anyone.

If you are looking for light exercise, interested in a less structured martial arts class, or want to learn life saving skills…this is the class for you! Fifth degree Master Ron Brockman will be teaching the class along with a female assistant. He will be incorporating basic defense techniques, joint locks, hapkido, and taekwondo.
